The TPA3255 is a high-performance Class-D power amplifier that achieves the best sound quality with Class-D efficiency. The TPA3244 is a high-performance power amplifier that achieves excellent sound quality with Class-D efficiency. It features an advanced integrated feedback design and a unique high-speed gate driver error correction function (PurePath Ultra-HD). This technology enables ultra-low distortion across the entire audio spectrum and outstanding audio quality. With a 30V power supply, it can drive 2 x 110W peak into a 4Ω load and 2 x 60W continuous output into an 8Ω load. Additionally, it includes a 2-VRMS analog input interface that operates seamlessly with high-performance DACs such as TI's Burr-Brown PCM52xx DAC family (PCM5242 / PCM5252). By using 65mΩ MOSFETs and an optimized gate driver method that significantly reduces idle losses compared to typical discrete implementations, it achieves excellent audio performance, high output efficiency, and low power stage idle losses of less than 0.45W. The TBMDA3 wideband power amplifier with modulation capability is designed to create a low-cost signal source for immunity testing of electronic building blocks and products. It is intended to be driven by the tracking generator output of a spectrum analyzer. Its high gain allows it to boost the output power of any tracking generator up to 5W. The TBMDA3 is ideal for driving Tekbox near-field probes to find sensitive spots in electronic circuits, or for generating electric fields of up to 550V/m when driving the Tekbox TEM cell TBTC0, 300V/m when driving TBTC1, and 100V/m when driving TBTC2 or TBTC3. The test signals for immunity testing can be modulated in CW, AM, or PM. As a result, the TBMDA3 provides built-in modulation capabilities to generate 1 kHz AM or PM signals. In PM mode, the TBMDA3 can also generate a 217 Hz signal with a 12.5% duty cycle to simulate mobile phone TDMA noise.
In the input power range of 5 dBm to 0 dBm, the output power of the tracking generator can be boosted up to a maximum of 5W.
The TBMDA4 modulated wideband power amplifier is designed to create a low-cost signal source for immunity testing of electronic building blocks and products, driven by the output of a spectrum analyzer's tracking generator. It can boost the output power of the tracking generator up to 5W within an input power range of -5 dBm to 0 dBm. It ideally complements the TBMDA3, which covers a frequency range of 10 MHz to 1 GHz from 100 kHz to 50 MHz. The TBMDA4 is ideal for driving Tekbox near-field probes to find sensitive spots in electronic circuits, creating electric fields of up to 550 V/m when driving the TEM cell TBTC0, and 300 V/m when driving TBTC1. When driving TBTC2 or TBTC3, it generates 100 V/m. The test signals for immunity testing can be CW, AM, or PM modulated, providing built-in modulation capabilities to generate 1 kHz AM or PM signals.
